I called YES on the coldest day of the year, and Tony Brown showed up the day I reached out.  He was thorough and honest about what he saw. We had Tony brown give us a estimate on a metal roof. He was honest,polite, and respectful. Signed with them month later. 2 weeks later we had a roof installed on week of 11/22/24. Installers done a good job. Metal roof looks great.  *** UPDATE 01/16/25 *** after several rains, some built up snow. Roof still doing good the last melting of the snow washed out whatever nails was left in gutter. (Handful).  We referred them to a neighbor. Would recommend YES to anyone needing roof work done.  First, Seth showed up and discussed options, timing and provided a timely quote.  Then YES notified us of material arrival timing and schedule.  Weather caused a postponement, but commenced as soon as possible.  Carlos arrived with the crew and made sure everything went smoothly.  We had one small leak due to a fast moving storm and Carlos and Seth both made sure the repair was accomplished to our satisfaction. I needed to replace my mother’s leaking roof before she had major surgery.  Tony was great at explaining what was needed, the process, and all my options. He also assured me the job would be completed before my mother returned home from the hospital, and it was finished several days early!  The whole crew did a great job. We needed a gutter repair and leaf guards. YES Contracting was prompt with their estimate appointment and with providing the estimate. Once we signed the contract, all the work was completed within a week. It was finished in just a few hours and I never even had to be home or meet with the crew (although I was home). There was no debris. They left everything immaculate. We kept our gutters clean before, but we get frequent heavy winds here that would fill them up with leaves and it would rain hard immediately afterwards. Now we don’t have to worry about rain water overwhelming the gutters and getting into our basement!
